Available for special events only. The space The home itself is a three floor house. The top two floors are pictured and are the main parts of the house available for rent with this listing. The bedrooms and family room with massage chair are located in the upper floor where most of the true living occurs. Downstairs is open kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as the billiard room with office desk. The bottom floor is a separate airbnb rental with its own separate, private access and a distinct airbnb listing. It is the most popular airbnb in Eugene and regularly listed on the top 10 lists. So a great opportunity to rent both the house and the separate airbnb suite if it is available. You can find the listing as the Treehouse Library. And we have been superhosts for years with the property. There is no need to interact with each other however multiple groups may want to book both together. We rent the main house only when we are away for extended periods of time. We also rent the guest suite below throughout the year (the Treehouse Library Suite). if you are looking for more or separate space on the same property, take a look and book separately. This, the only shared area is the backyard and lower deck with the hot tub and hot tub. As a courtesy for guests staying in the Airbnb guest suite below, we ask that the noise in the main floor in the upper house be limited from 9 pm to 9 am. Given the time needed to clean the home, checkin is at 2 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Guest access Parking permitted curbside in the cul-du-sac. If there is space while we are away, you can use the garage. Other things to note Due to allergies in the family, we generally exclude pets from the home. If pets are brought without approval, there will be an extra 300 cleaning fee required.
