Stevin ranch

Stevin ranch is located 2 km from the border crossing towards the European Union, close to the Kozara Mountain and Mrakovica National Park (20 km), the monastery of Mostanica ( 6 km) and the Mljecanica Spa ( 18 km). What sets us apart from the rest, what we are unique and known for in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina is our shovel deer farm. We currently have about 50 head. Next to them, guests can hang out with European deer, pony horsemen, and Cameroon dwarf goats on our property. The space There is a huge nature pool around which our animals and guests can enjoy their company. The house is with 2 meters or 2 apartments of 130 square meters of space arranged in a rustic modern style.. On the first floor there is a room with French and single, a bathroom, a huge stay with a dining room, a kitchen and a bed. Exit directly to the pool. The second apartment has 2 double and 1 single, bathroom,living room and 3 terraces around the entire house. In the backyard, there is a large kitchen with a dining area. Guest access Guests have access to a full house in the basement, a summer kitchen, a parking space, a garden, and a complete property. The property covers 10 hectares of enclosure with a forest and stream. It's our animal habitat. Guests can stay in the space daily,walk around, and hang out with deer, ponies, and goats, as well as barbecues and have a picnic. Other things to note As part of Steve's ranch, there is also a tennis court, the use of which is included in the price of the accommodation. Also, there is the possibility of renting a quad bike with which guests can tour the estate or enjoy the beauty of our Kozara mountain, where there are beautiful trails for driving to the Kozara National Park and enjoying its beauty.
