It has a large living room with 2 sofas including a convertible and a friendly space for meals. The room has a shower room with washing machine. The building is a small co-ownership with parking. We will lend you what you need for your baby. Note, the apartment is very well soundproofed nevertheless it is located in front of a boulevard. Guest access There is a car park adjoining the building and another free in front of rue de la Buffardière. It is located on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with very efficient double glazed windows. However, we are on a boulevard so the passage can bother the most sensitive ears, unaccustomed to the sounds of the city.
