The space Bright and functional beachfront studio, located on the 1st floor with elevator: - The living room has a small table, three chairs and a TV area. - The sleeping area consists of a double bed (140 x 190) and a folding bed for one person (80 x 190). The bedding is new (June 2025) from the MERINOS brand, made in France. - The loggia faces the beach and is exposed to the EAST, offering a superb sunrise every morning. It is fully enclosed with a beautiful bay window. This space is very nice to have your meals. - The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped, and has all the necessary equipment to cook (induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, "L'OR Espresso" coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine). - The bathroom (+ toilet) consists of a shower, vanity unit and shelves to store your belongings. Permanently available: - basic equipment: a dish towel, a sponge, laundry detergent, hand soap, and toilet paper, - pillows, duvets and blankets, - a ceiling fan and a radiator. Guest access Check-in is autonomous, you can check in by picking up the keys from a secure lockbox. You have the entire place. There is an elevator in the residence. There are plenty of free parking spots. Access to the sea is direct without a road to cross. There are many shops and activities nearby. Other things to note Christmas Market 2025/2026: From November 29, 2025 to January 4, 2026 inclusive, on the occasion of the Christmas market organized in Barcarès, we can provide free bed linens upon request from you after your reservation. There are free shuttles every 30 minutes. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The dimensions of the double bed are 140 x 190 and those of the folding bed are 80 x 190. We can provide sheets with beds made upon your arrival (€10/bed), and towels (€5/person). Cleaning can be done on request and at your expense (€35) during or at the end of your stay.
