Villa Jasmine is a luxurious 2 bedroom beach villa sitting in a tropical garden on a 1000m2 plot. Located on the beach of Lovina in North Bali, with spectacular beach and sea views. Large infinity pool with pool deck, beach chairs with umbrellas and a comfortable open beach house (gazebo) directly by the sea. The service of the villa staff (housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, night security) is included in the rental price. A private driver with an air-conditioned minivan is available on call. The space The location – unique and idyllic Beautifully perched on the north coast of Bali - surrounded by a tropical garden - the villa is located in an area with rice fields, vineyards and small fishing villages. In the background are lush mountain slopes with coconut plantations and rice terraces. The small town Lovina with nice restaurants and shops is only a 10 minute drive away. The former capital city -Singaraja - is a 30-minute drive away. The villa is located on a beautiful stretch of beach where holiday homes are located. All the villas are located on a private plot with a large garden and offer full privacy. Pool and beach The villa has a large infinity pool with a pool deck and beach chairs with umbrellas and a comfortable open beach house (gazebo) directly by the sea, the perfect place to unwind and to enjoy the beautiful view! The swimming pool is located a few meters in front of the terrace, right on the beach. The villa is therefore also suitable for holidays with small children. A high chair, baby cot and baby car seat are available. From the garden you have direct access to the beach to enjoy your own beach front. Most of the year the sea at the north coast is calm with minor current and waves. The beach slopes gently into the sea and is therefore also suitable for children to swim and play safely. The location right on the beach gives you a fabulous and unobstructed view of the sea! The villa Villa Jasmine is a spacious and contemporary villa that exudes the real Balinese atmosphere. You hear the waves and feel the soft breeze coming in from the sea. The thatched roof covers the terrace so you can always sit outside, the temperature stays pleasant day and night, year round. The terrace has a dining and lounge area to relax and to enjoy the fantastic view of the garden and the Bali sea. The living room has also a dining area and a seating area with 2 sofas that can be used also as sleeping sofas. Classic furniture is combined with high-quality modern equipment such as a flat screen smartTV, an audio system with USB input, a portable Bluetooth speaker and high speed Wi-Fi Internet. The living room has doors to the terrace hat can be opened completely making the interior of the villa one whole with the garden and the terrace. Villa Jasmine has 2 nicely furnished bedrooms, both with a double bed with mosquito nets, ceiling fans and air conditioning for a comfortable temperature. The bedrooms are spacious and we can place a baby cot of child’s bed when required. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet and washbasins. The open kitchen has all kitchen appliances such as a fridge, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and water dispenser as well as a well assorted wine cabinet. The villa is equipped with all conveniences such as a washing machine and dryer, a safe deposit box to store your valuables and there is a collection of books to use. Service The villa has its own staff (housekeeping & cook, gardener and a security guard), they are at your service 6 days a week. The staff understands how to be unobtrusively present to give you full privacy. The staff takes care of the cleaning, the laundry and can cook delicious meals for you. The preparing of the meals is included in the rental rate, only the groceries are at your own expenses. The staff can go to the local market and to the supermarket to buy all the ingredients for the meals and further groceries you need. The staff can prepare all the meals for you (breakfast, lunch and dinner), you can tell them each day what you like to eat. In the villa you find a list with menu suggestions, but you can ask them to cook all kind of Asian or Western dishes, they are very good cooks! Also the villa has a gardener who takes care of the garden and the swimming pool and in the evening and at night a security guard keeps an eye out. For shopping or for sightseeing tours, a private driver with an air-conditioned minivan is available on call at very favorable conditions. The driver can be also your guide, he knows the nicest places to visit on Bali! Other things to note The rate includes all the costs: • electricity • gas and water consumption • taxes (Including 10% rental tax and the tourist tax) • household help / cook • gardener • security • help desk • use of towels and bed linen • use of the washing machine • free Wi-Fi internet access • welcome package including the first dinner and the first breakfast after arrival (applicable for bookings of at least 7 nights) Additional services: • For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries. You need to give them money in advance to go to the supermarket or to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee (20.000 IDR) for the transportation costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still very low in this northern part of Bali. • We are pleased to arrange the transport from the airport in Denpasar (or another place if you arrived already earlier on Bali) to the villa. The driver will pick you up and bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The cost for this transfer from the airport or from another place in south Bali is 750.000 IDR (max. 4 to 5 people plus luggage) or 1.300.000 IDR (for a car suitable for up to 10 people plus luggage). The costs for the transport are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid in cash Rupiah to the driver after arrival at the villa. Unless a specific arrangement has been made, check-in is after 14.00h, check-out is at 12.00h.
