The space This space is a newly built apartment and is located on the top floor (3rd floor, 55 stairs, no elevator) in an idealy placed secure and peaceful estate with 24/7 security guards and free parking available. It is near Fourways Life Hospital, Fourways Mall, Monte Casino (Gautrain bus) and other nearby shopping centers, restaurants and activities. The kitchenette is fitted with Bosch appliances including a washing machine AND dishwasher. It also comes equipped with 25MBps Uncapped WiFi (with UPS), a 65" Smart Tv, Netflix and DStv. The rooms are cozy, yet elegant, spacious and comfortable. All the beds are fitted with electric blankets. The estate has an indoor gym to get that daily exercise in and a splendid outdoor swimming pool for a quick dip on a hot day. DISCLAIMER: For security measures implemented by the estate, we are going to ask guests to email us a copy, or send a picture of their ID/passport so that they can send it to security guards to verify guests entering the estate. This is a security measure put in by the estate and not the host. Other things to note The apartment is cleaned and turned over before guests arrive. Additional cleaning is not included in the price and is available at R400 per cleaning session, which includes clean sheats, towels and tissues. Free weekly cleaning for stays over 5 days.
