The tiny house forest view with sun terrace stands on a property with cherry and apple trees and views of wide meadow fields and the edge of the forest. The space The outtime tiny stands on a large property with apple and cherry trees at the end of a dead end road. To one side you have a view of the residential street, the nearest residential building is about 100 meters away, which gives the majority of our guests a sense of security - not to be completely at the mercy of nature. On the other side, only field and forest follow and you have an unobstructed view of the forest animals from the bed, which make their rounds there early and in the evening. A cozy wood-burning stove with firewood is available for cool days. In the winter, underfloor heating is also switched on. Our tiny can be operated autonomously with photovoltaics, water tanks and gas. For your comfort (our tiny house is legal with building permit and yet almost in the middle of nature) it is connected to the water and power supply. Unfortunately, this is only illegal in Germany in the middle of nature without a building permit! Cuddly soft, natural eucalyptus bedding ensures a fantastic and healthy sleep in the large king size bed, when you wake up you can enjoy the panoramic view of the field and forest, with a little luck also on deer, fox and rabbit. You have another bed at your disposal to pull out 90x200 cm. In the separate bathroom, shower, sink and biodegradable shampoo/soap are available. The compostable toilet in the bathroom is sustainable and saves drinking water, making it an important step into the future. A fully equipped kitchenette invites you to cook and enjoy, all the important utensils are available. Restaurants nearby or delivery are also available. Outside, the large sun terrace invites you to relax, and a barbecue is also available. Parking is in the immediate vicinity (about 80 meters away). The RAUSZEIT tiny forest view is perfect location to push the reset button from everyday life! Guest access Contactless access with a key safe directly at the tiny house. The code will be sent to you shortly before your stay. Other things to note Special adventures can be part of it, but not: for example, a mountain bike trail park with an associated rental bike, exclusive 5-star sauna landscape in the Lahn-Dill-Bergland thermal spa and premium hiking trails. Or just enjoy nature, cook for yourself and wake up with a view of fox and rabbit.
