The tiny house with a forest view and sun terrace is located on a property with cherry and apple trees and views of wide meadow fields and the edge of the forest. Comfort, sustainability and conserving resources are the concept of the RAUSZEIT Tiny guest accommodations. A unique, cozy and sustainable experience awaits you, allowing you to focus on the essentials and enjoy an environment directly in nature without sacrificing comfort. The space The Rauszeit Tiny is on a large property with apple and cherry trees at the end of a dead end road. On one side you have a view of the residential street, the next house is in approx. 100 meters away, which gives the majority of our guests a sense of security - not to be completely at the mercy of nature. On the other side there is only field and forest and from the bed you have a clear view of the forest animals that make their rounds there early and in the evening. A cozy wood-burning stove with firewood is available for cool days. In winter, underfloor heating is also switched on. Our tiny house can be operated independently with photovoltaics, water tanks and gas. For your comfort (our tiny house is legal with a building permit and yet almost in the middle of nature), it is connected to the water and electricity supply. Completely in the middle of nature, this is unfortunately only possible illegally in Germany without a building permit! Cuddly soft, natural eucalyptus bedding ensures dreamy and healthy sleep in the large king-size bed. When you wake up, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the field and forest, with a little luck also deer, fox and rabbit. There is another bed to pull out 90 x 200 cm. In the separate bathroom there is a shower, sink and biodegradable shampoo/soap. The compostable toilet in the bathroom is sustainable and saves drinking water, making it an important step into the future. A fully equipped kitchenette invites you to cook and enjoy, all important utensils are provided. Restaurants nearby or delivery service are also possible. Outside, the large sun terrace invites you to relax, and a barbecue is also available. Parking is very close (approx. 80 meters away). The RAUSZEIT Tiny Waldblick is the perfect place to press the RESET button from everyday life! Guest access Contactless access with a key save right at the tiny house. The code will be sent to you shortly before your stay. Other things to note Special adventures can be included, but not: For example, a mountain bike trail park with associated rental bike, exclusive 5-star sauna area in the Lahn-Dill-Bergland spa and premium hiking trails. Or just enjoy nature, cook for yourself and wake up with a view of foxes and hares.
