Clean and comfortable alcove studio in the heart of Cobble Hill, Brooklyn; easily accessible from almost every subway line; down the road from Brooklyn Bridge Park. Guest access Mostly covered under 'Amenities,' the apartment has ROKU TV and Chromecast for streaming, High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and a separate Bathroom and Kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, gas stove-top, counter-top oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc) for your use. Towels and basic toiletries are also made available. Other things to note Only guests with relatively-recent, positive reviews will be considered for approval to stay. If you don't have any, or the last is > 1 year or so ago, I will decline your request without comment, without exception. If you are requesting for someone else, I will also decline your request and report your account to AirBnB. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so 3 flights up the stairs.
