Villa Oceana is a stunning, bright and airy family-friendly private villa right on the ocean. The home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The spacious four bedroom villa with large pool and garden right on the oceanfront, steps away from swimming and snorkelling in crystal clear blue water. Our location is perfect next to great restaurants shops within the quiet seaside village of Candidasa. Lots of great local sights, trekking, snorkeling diving, best beaches in local area. The space BEDROOMS The bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with Ensuite (shower and bathtub) with Desk Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Single Bed with Ensuite (shower and bathtub) Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with Ensuite (shower and bathtub) Bedroom 4: Family Double Bunk Beds comprising of 2 x Double Beds and 2 x Single beds with Ensuite (shower and bathtub) Each bedroom has a large wardrobe space, air conditioning, fan and ensuite bathroom complete with shower and bathtub. The family bunk bed room has lots of rattan kids toys. The villa can sleep 10-12 pax comfortably. ENSUITE BATHROOMS All bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms with separate bath tub, shower, double washbasin. KITCHEN & DINING The open plan Kitchen and Dining Area looks out to the ocean. The Dining Area seats 10, and the Kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge, Stove Top, Rice Cooker, Blender, Toaster, Aqua Gallon (Aqua provided by Villa Oceana) and Pantry. The area can be closed up also. BBQ DECK Newly installed gas BBQ with Bar Fridge and Outdoor Sofa Set looking out to the ocean. LIVING ROOM Spacious Living Room with comfortable sofa set. This room looks out to the garden, pool and beautiful ocean. The room can be closed up with AC. There are lots of Toys for Kids, Board Games, some Books. Guests can borrow snorkels, fins and reef shoes (not all sizes available). POOL GARDEN AREA OVERLOOKING OCEAN - 8 deck chairs - rattan sun loungers - Lounge Gazebo overlooking ocean, prime for sunset FAMILY FRIENDLY We are a family friendly villa with plenty of toys including Kids Picnic Table. Baby cot and high chair can be provided if requested. We also have some reef shoes that guests can borrow, in a variety of kids and adults sizes. STAFF The Villa has 5 lovely full time staff who work in shifts between 8am - 7pm to help with cooking, housekeeping, maintaining pool and garden. BREAKFAST Breakfast is included. COOKING Delicious Indonesian cuisine and simple Western meals can be requested with our lovely in house team. Guests cover costs of shopping groceries (primarily sourced locally at markets) and service tax. LOCATION Short Walk to the famous Candi Dasa Lotus Pond, shops and cafes / restaurants such as Vincents or Casa. Other things to note Please note there was a recent announcement from the Ministry of Public Works - that the Candidasa Beach Conservation Project will begin in January 2025 until December 2026 or even 2027 along the entire 5.5km Candidasa coastline (operational hours 08:00-17:00 with assurance do their best minimise any impact for visiting guests to Candidasa). Their goal is to restore natural coral sandy beaches and enhance the sustainability of Candidasa coastline. There are currently works scheduled to be conducted in front or near Villa Oceana starting October 2025 until January 2026 in the first phase. Our reduced rates are to reflect this.
