The closer beach Sharky’s on the pier is located 3.6 miles or 8 min travel time; it is a beautiful place with 2 restaurants; right there at the left our pets have there own beach Brohard Paw park Fenced dog park with a beach with on-site parking, picnic tables, showers & drinking fountains. Avid cyclists, runners, and walkers can stroll the Legacy Trail along the beautiful intercostal waterway. Experience the most amazing sunsets at the North Jetty in Nokomis just 6.4 miles or 15 mins, you will get river and ocean at the same time, view the nesting birds at the Venice rookery, venture to the serene beaches of Manasota Key (16min south), the famous beaches of Siesta Key (30 min north) or the renowned fishing/tarpon waters of Boca Grande (45 min south). Venice is one of the best kept secrets on the gulf!
