Water front property with a beautiful view! Take the private tram to the boat dock and enjoy the sundeck/covered dock. Bring your fishing gear or jump on our kayaks, SUP's or pedal boat and take a swim. Bikes & helmets are yours to enjoy on the beautiful bike/walking trails. After your day of adventure, fire up the gas grill, sit by the firepit or soak in the hot tub! Your next adventure is waiting and everything you need is offered here. Make our vacation home your next get away! The space This home is spacious and there is a variety of areas to retreat to for your own quiet time as well. Take the tram and relax on the private dock and enjoy some swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or fishing. The upper deck with a screened in area and fire pit are located just off the kitchen. The kitchen and living room are very open and can host a large gathering. Enjoy the fireplace, eat in kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room. The lower level family room has a 2nd fireplace and small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Game room with foos ball, board games and yard games has easy access to the patio, hot tub and a full bathroom. Guest access We have a two stall garage which is available with a parking pad to the side of the garage. A total of 3 cars can be parked in the driveway. There is NO on street parking allowed. The neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic, so you may meet many people out walking! Other things to note NWA is know as the mountain biking capitol with more than 100 miles of paved and off road dirt trails. Take a hike or grab your pole for fishing on one of the lakes. If golf is your game there are plenty of golf courses to keep you busy and they are all within 15 miles of the house. On a rainy day check out all the museums in Bentonville. Lots of great eating and breweries to visit too. Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas Razorbacks sports are an easy 30 min drive. Bella Vista offers a variety of amenities within the community and in NWA that are sure to please! XNA is a 20 min drive. Rental cars, Green Ninja Taxi (call ahead) or Lyft and Uber are available.
