Set in the vineyards and gardens of Seize the Day wine estate, our three bedroom house offers relaxed, premium accommodation for up to 6 adults in modern country style Explore, relax, unwind, share good food, wine & company. Walking distance to Hentley Farm, a stone’s throw from Seppeltsfield Winery & many local boutique cellar doors, restaurants, Gin Distillery & other attractions along iconic Seppeltsfield Road, the perfect base for you to enjoy your Barossa experience. *children over 12 only The space Recently re-furbished with all new furniture. Plenty of room to move, there are three comfortable bedrooms with brand new beds & crisp fresh Sheridan linens. ( King bed in BR2 can be split in to two singles if required) A large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space, including new super quiet dishwasher, microwave, pantry supplies, Nespresso Coffee machine, range of teas, large fridge, plus breakfast supplies, local gourmet produce for a grazing platter and a bottle of local wine. The large dining space has plenty of room to fit everyone for relaxed dining around the large solid oak table. Or Cook and dine outside overlooking the expansive lawns and garden in one of the outdoor entertaining areas with the large extension table, shade umbrella and gas BBQ. The sunken lounge room offers a large comfy modular lounge suite, a Jetmaster open wood fire, ( in cooler months only ) ceiling fan and 55" QLED LCD SmartTV, (with Netflix) is perfect for putting your feet up after a day out and about. Full laundry with washing machine, and a study / reading room with desk, comfy arm chairs and plenty of guest info to plan your day. All of your needs have been carefully considered and tended to with care to ensure you the highest level of relaxation and comfort. All you have to do is simply settle in and enjoy the tranquil feel of the Retreat and its surroundings. Bike hire is easily available and there is great local touring & taxi services for getting around if you don't want to drive. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and the expansive gardens around the house. There a several outdoor areas for dining and relaxing outside. Also private walking paths over to Hentley Farm cellar door and restaurant (right next door to our property) and another up to Seppeltsfield Road right near Seppeltsfield Winery Estate. Only the driveway is shared with the other BnB Cottage on the estate. Other things to note For longer stays please contact us as we are able to arrange if requested. To maintain or sense of relaxation and tranquility we do not allow young children . Children over the age of 12 are permitted and newborns up to 9 months - unless otherwise authorised. There is a Heritage Cottage Bnb for Couples only also on the property which has it's own private gardens. Only the main driveway is shared. We ask you to respect the privacy of other guests as we ask them to respect yours. Wedding parties may be charged an extra Bond/Cleaning Fee.
