Located in a small neighborhood in the countryside, however, only a few minutes walking distance to all the amenities of the beach town like restaurants, bars, and shops, and various small beaches. See you soon on the island :) Love, Jan The space The villa is located in the outskirts of a small beach town. Just recently the seafront of the town has been remodeled to a beautiful pedestrian walk with a variety of cafes and shops. The house is in a private neighborhood, away from the main road. The north-east coast`s most beautiful beaches like Cala Nova and Cala LLenya are within walking distance. Also, the town center, with its bars and restaurants, is only a short walk away. It is not in the area of the hedonistic pulsating nightlife of Eivissa. However, the party places are within reach, driving approximately 30 minutes by car or taxi. This property has a tourist license. Guest access When booking this offer you are renting the entire villa, which comfortably sleeps 6 people, in three private bedrooms. All lounges, terraces, and garden areas you see on the photos will be for your private use only. Other things to note In the neighborhood there is a construction zone of a new hotel. On some days it might come to temporary noise. The prices per night are already adjusted accordingly. There is no noisy construction work in the summer time (1st of May until 15th of October).
