The master bedroom, complete with its own WC with shower, and a secondary bedroom are also located on this floor. Also in the same floor there is a small wc with shower. Upstairs, the second level of the villa features two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small kitchen. The outdoor area is equally impressive, with the main stairs leading down to the inviting garden and pool area. The pool area provides ample space for relaxation, sunbathing, and enjoying the natural beauty of the farm. Additionally, there is a cozy sitting area and outdoor BBQ, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Guest access Guests have access to all facilities, except the basement which is mainly used from the host as a winter storage area. Other things to note Owing to the location of the house being distant from nearby settlements, we strongly advise renting a vehicle. The villa is furnished with additional bed linens and towels, and disposable slippers are also included. It is mandatory for a gardener and a pool attendant to make a weekly visit to the villa for the purpose of cleaning the pool and maintaining the garden, and the entire process may consume up to an hour. Smoking is only permitted in exterior areas. As per local tax laws, Greek citizens must provide their ID and AFM number. Guests from other countries must provide their Passport ID.
