This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home can sleep up to 12 people per stay. 2,288 sqft of indoor space and two large decks offers plenty of space. 360 degree water views allow for superb sunrise and sunsets. This home is within a 400' walk to the beach entrance, allowing for simple trips back and forth throughout your stay. Whether you stay in town or explore the local area, you will enjoy your stay at the Captain's Quarters. The space Some may call it an upside down home! The kitchen and living room are on the top floor, along with the Primary bedroom and bathroom. A common area half bath rounds out the floor along with direct deck access through the living room and bedroom. The first floor has four bedrooms all equipped with queen beds (including the bunk!). Each pair of bedrooms shares a jack and jill style bathroom. The utility and laundry rooms are on this floor as well as access to the lower deck. The house is fully equipped for long or short stays. Full linens, kitchen supplies, small appliances, and soaps are stocked in the home. There are many beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, wagons, and sand toys available under the home. You will also find multiple adult sized bikes available for use. Dining room has enough seats for 10 at the table, 3 at the bar, and there is a folding table with 4 additional chairs as needed. On the deck there are enough seats for 8-12 people depending on the table setup you choose. The best part of this home is the town of Bowers and the beauty of mother nature.
