Accommodation: Comfortable spacious room for 2 people and one child under 6 years old with total area of 37m2 Bathroom: Private equipped shower. Full utilities (shampoo, shower gel, bath towels, toothpaste, hair-dryer) and hot/cold water are always available 24/7. Window: The room features big window full of light and fresh air. View: View Son Tra bay is super airy, catching the sunset every way, cool breeze. Guest access Located in a 29-storey building, you can use public spaces such as 01 floor reception hall, 29th floor infinity pool, building elevator (with smart key), free spacious parking basement, minimart supermarket and 1st floor table and chair area. The room is fully equipped for basic needs: - 24/7 access to the home with 24/7 smart card keys. - Smart card key for room - Smart card key take elevator - Free parking. - Free water, coffee: 2 bottles/room. - We have a kettle. - Free and fast wifi everywhere and high quality smart TV internet connection. - The bathroom is fully equipped with separate amenities with full utilities (shampoo, gel, shower gel, towels, toothpaste, hair dryer). Hot/cold water is always open 24/7. - Brand new fridge, Air-conditioner. - Daily cleaning (as requested) The room has a window or open space full of light and refreshing air. A laundry service is offered at a fee upon request I also have motor for rent with very cheap price. Other things to note – Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 11pm on the day of leaving. Please message me in advance if you would like assistance with early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability). Join me to save the energy.
