Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space made for 4 adults or a family. You will find all the basics you need. You will enjoy a cozy space, on the 1st floor of our house, independent access, superb view. Landscaped plot, with outdoor furniture. The gîte is 3 km from Honfleur. A few minutes from the first beaches and 20 minutes from Deauville. Shops 2 km away. Hiking, access to Honfleur by pedestrian paths and shared paths, or bike from the cottage. The space Bright, independent and comfortable accommodation, access by independent staircase. A large open space with kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet. The Blue room with a 160 bed (or 2 beds 1 person on request) and the Terracota room with a 160 bed. Closets and storage cabinets provided. This accommodation has a view of a green valley. Land of 1000 m2 almost privatized (unless we have to water the vegetable garden or pass the robotic lawnmower). Outdoor space, Chilean, table, BBC available. Guest access All the accommodation on the 1st floor, the landscaped and maintained land is almost privatized except during the periods of watering the vegetable garden or maintenance of the land, as well as 2 parking spaces on the property. A secure bike room if needed. Other things to note The accommodation is totally independent. We accept very young children under the responsibility of their parents (access to the cottage by stairs) and we provide them with a folding BB bed with 2 compliant mattresses, mattress pad and cotton fitted sheet, for the sum of 20 euros for the stay. A small high chair (vintage wood version). We would like to point out that the sofa is not intended to accommodate a 5th person. In addition, you will enjoy a basic breakfast including some Senseo capsules, organic ground coffee, loose tea and organic tea bags, organic powdered chocolate, organic infusions, powdered sugar, salt and pepper.
