Our house is an ideal base for families and groups of friends (up to 6 people) who are looking for relaxation in comfortable conditions, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with access to all local attractions. On the ground floor, a spacious living room awaits, where you can play a game of billiards or warm up by the fireplace. In turn, the top can be your private SPA zone, as there is a hot tub. Space and sleeping areas: The house was designed so that everyone can find their own corner: Upstairs there is a cozy bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Living room: Equipped with a modern, very comfortable bed in the wardrobe (a half-bed for 2 people) and a fold-out corner sofa (for another 2 people). Kitchen and amenities: A full-size kitchen will make you feel at home. At your disposal: coffee machine, microwave, stove and washing machine (perfect for longer stays). You will eat together in a bright, spacious dining room. The entire place is fully air-conditioned. Privacy: The house has a completely independent entrance and a separate entrance gate with private parking. The area is fenced. (The hosts live in a separate, second half of the house and are available to help, fully respecting your privacy). Relaxing outdoors: A large terrace with a solid barbecue and an additional area at the back of the house with sun loungers and a place for a cozy bonfire. Neighborhood: Lake Sajmino: Only a few minutes walk to the city beach and piers (about 10 minutes) Ostróda (3 km): Famous pier, boulevards on Lake Drwęckie and great restaurants.
