Come stay the weekend at this amazing beautiful villa house with a covered pool. Gorgeous and renovated interior. Great location at the country club , very close to the mall and shopping centers. The beach is only less than 15 min away!! 1 king , 2 queen beds, and 1 air matress 8 guests MAX!!! Pre-approval required for additional guests. There will be a $50 fee for guest over the allowed limit. **** This listing is in compliance with Corpus Christi STR Ordinance **** STR Permit # 052560 The space very spacious & everything gets cleaned everyday | Master bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed, sofa and room for multiple air mattresses. The master bedroom has a private bathroom The second floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathroom. Guest access plenty of parking outside. Garage is not available. Other things to note the pool has LED lights that may require instructions and help from host. TV and electronics may also require assistance but not to worry! We have very fast response time and will help any way we can.
