Personalized Entry: For your safety and convenience, we create unique entry codes for the front door and garage for each booking. Check-in: Standard self-service check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., but I’m often able to accommodate earlier check-in upon request. Since I personally manage the home, I know it intimately and can answer questions or assist with special arrangements—something only an owner-host can provide. Parking: Secure parking is available in the attached garage and designated driveway space. Community Amenities: Guests are welcome to use the gated community’s pool, spa, pickleball, and tennis courts. Please check the listing for hours, seasonal availability, and any community guidelines. Seasonal Availability: • Pool: April 15 – November 15 • Spa: Open year-round Other things to note I share RECOMMENDATIONS with guests prior to arrival for everything from dining, groceries, vortex/hiking/biking, day trips, wine tasting, and more. We leave a RED ROCKS PARKING PASS in our home binder for guests to use at trailheads during their stay. TOURS & EXCURSIONS: I recommend researching & booking through Viator & making fine dining reservations early as they book up. GOLFERS: Canyon Mesa Country Club is ranked #5 in the nation for its 9-hole short golf course—definitely worth a visit! FOOT GOLF, played with a soccer ball, is a family favorite!
