On the ground floor it has a living-dining area with open kitchen and a shower room. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic stovetop and oven, a fridge with freezer and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and various kitchen utensils. For entertainment, use a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player with CD/radio function. Internet access/Wi-Fi is included. A narrow staircase leads to the sleeping area on the 1st floor. There are 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings and 2 single beds each. The house has a gas boiler that provides pleasant warmth and warm water all year round.
