Additional guest/s must have a prior approval from the host. Allowed number of occupants is 6pax, exceeding guest will have a one time additional charge of 300 per head. If you stay beyond the check out time which is on/before 12 noon, there will be an additional 200 pesos penalty per hour. Cleaning is not a daily service from our staff. If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, we can request our cleaners to service your space for an additional fee. Basic house cleaning will be scheduled based on the availability of both the guest and the cleaners - prior notice is a must. If you have a vehicle, please park in-front of the house. Use the shoulder to park to give way to incoming cars. Leave your outdoor shoes at the designated shoe rack just outside the main door to keep the house clean. NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT Please do not dispose paper towel and any trash in the toilet bowl. When washing the dishes, don’t remove the kitchen stainer to prevent clogged pipes. Pieces of rice left on a plate should be thrown in a trash before washing. We don’t allow cooking food/s with strong odor. Also, don’t leave food/s with strong odor inside the fridge to maintain its nice smell. There’s a GREEN trash bin outside the property for your garbage. Please put your trash in a plastic and sealed it before throwing it in the bin. Quiet time is 11pm onward to show respect to your neighbors. Use the appliance/s appropriately. Treat this home like your own with respect and love.
