Sestri is also 45 km from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty. The space Located on the ground floor of a building of four, the apartment consists of a living area with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: hob with gas hobs, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and crockery. The French window leads to the terrace where you will find a table with chairs. Next to it you will find the bedroom with French double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a second entrance onto the terrace shared with the living area. Finally there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine that can be used during the stay. In the utility room you will find a drying rack, iron and ironing board. There is free wi-fi connection, air conditioning with heat pump function for winter heating and a private garage. Bed linen and towels are provided by us based on the number of people booked and are included in the price. Pets are allowed. Near the entrance to the building you will find the condominium garbage cans that can be opened with a key that will be provided to you at check-in. The gate to access the garages opens with a remote control that will be given to you at check-in. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM Other things to note POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. OPTIONS TO GET TO THE HOUSE : By car, along the A12 motorway to the Sestri Levante exit. Journey by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting with the Central Station active in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains leave from the Central Station in the direction of Genoa-La Spezia and stop in Sestri Levante (about two and a half hours journey). The Sestri railway station is about 270 meters from the apartment which can therefore be easily reached on foot. From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that connect the airport directly to Pisa Central Station. Operative every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey by intercity, two and a half by regional). From the Colombo airport of Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus, which stops outside the Arrivals area, you can get to Genoa Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes.
