The space The house, arranged on one floor, is at the complete disposal of guests, as well as the large outdoor space complete with a patio/solarium completely covered in wood, so you can decide to walk barefoot both inside and outside the house. A main gate entrance for both cars and pedestrians and a second pedestrian-only entrance. Nature will be the real host. From the entrance you will directly access the living room with a fireplace where you can take advantage of two comfortable sofas and a nice table to eat comfortably even up to 8 people. Three steps will take you to the spacious and equipped kitchen from which you can go outside and the patio of over 60 square meters. Outside you can eat, sunbathe, train, do yoga and meditation, rest away from prying eyes and noise for guaranteed privacy. To complete the house there are 3 small rooms typical of a mountain refuge with 2 double beds and a single bed. Finally, a comfortable and renovated bathroom with a modern shower. The windows close with a special system to ensure maximum silence and rest. Finally, on the lower floor, you can take advantage of a room to store sports equipment and bicycles. Guest access The house is accessed through a very convenient paved road. The house has two entrances with two gates. Access from the main gate is fully paved, and you can park up to 4 cars inside, as well as at least 4 other parking spaces outside on private and exclusive land. From the garden, you can access a room useful for the storage of sports equipment, bicycle shelter and a technical support space. The forest of the property is quite extensive and by climbing it is possible to reach the slopes of Monte Palazzolo. Other things to note There will be insects and small forest animals, as they are part of the surrounding nature; we do not want to use chemical sprays and insecticides that would ruin the sustainability and natural approach of the house.
