The house on the ground floor with a completely renovated independent entrance: a single room, with a large barrel vault, divided by a wall in carparo (typical Salento stone) that separates the living area, with a large table, TV and fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, refrigerator, pots, plates, cutlery) and the sleeping area with a double bed, equipped with an internal bathroom with a large shower and double sink. The room is equipped with independent air conditioning and is carefully furnished in every detail in the style of arte povera and local craftsmanship.
