In the basement is a sauna, small gym and a second shower. Internet, WiFi in the house. Holiday home Björkdahla is centrally located in southern Sweden. Distance: Växjö AirPort to Björkdahla is 70 km. If you are passing through to the north, it is a nice place for a first stop. The space Björkdahla is a house on 1200 m2 of land in a small village by a lake. The house is completely basemented, and there is a sauna and a shower in the basement. Also there is a small gym and an area where there is a dartboard and badminton/tennis rackets/Nordic walking sticks and a number of other game activities. On the first floor is a kitchen with dining table and four chairs. There is a fridge-freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker and a sandwich toaster. Furthermore, there are plenty of cooking pans, dinner plates, glasses, etc.….. In the L-shaped room there is a long dining table with sofa for three to four people and four dining room chairs. There are also two armchairs and a bookcase with books (Frisian, Dutch, English and German), games and toys in this section. In the waterfront section there is a four-person sofa and three more armchairs, a fireplace, television via antenna with a number of Swedish networks and DVD player. There is WiFi for the internet. Through the living room, you can get to the veranda where there are two garden tables with eleven garden chairs and a parasol. You can close this veranda with a fence so that the children can play safely there. You have a beautiful view over the Färsjön from the room and from the veranda (east). Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and shower with toilet. In front of the house is a covered veranda (west). Here, there is a three-person sofa with four garden chairs and a garden table. Also there is a table with a barbecue (small) underneath and a larger BBQ is in the hall, which you can easily move to the covered porch. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a desk with desk chair and one bedroom with two bunk beds and a wide single bed. All beds have duvets, and there are a few extra duvets in the bedroom downstairs. There is a second toilet upstairs and a sink with mirror cabinet on the landing. Duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels are waiting for you. The quantity depends on the number of people you are staying with in our vacation home. If you need more towels for a longer stay, you must wash them yourself and put them back in the cabinet. Guest access For small children, there is a camping bed with a sturdy mattress, bath + stand, potty, toilet reducer and a hanging table chair. Other things to note In Lagan (8 km) is an ICA supermarket. In Värnamo and Ljungby, both at 20 km, are the larger supermarkets and several other stores. In front of the house is a small playground with a bench. Close to the house (there is one house in between) is a playground with a stairwell, which is freely accessible. At 500 meters from our house is a tennis court, a survival course and a jeu de boule court. Nearby are more places to swim (Sundet) and canoe. At one kilometer is a port with trailer slope (Sundet 3 Vittaryd)
