Eight steps lead down to the six person hot tub and covered patio with plenty additional seating for a rainy days or shade from the sun. Downstairs by the hot tub is the 4th bedroom with its own entrance. This additional apartment style room has its own private 1/2 bath, smart tv, queen size bed, futon style couch for sleeping or sitting and a stocked coffee bar. Fifty steps down to the beach there is an extra large dock with two boat lifts, mooring whips off front of dock, pub style chairs and additional loungers, and chairs in boathouse. You will also have access to three kayaks and a paddle boat. One kayak has a fishing reel mount. Incase flipping docks is your goal. Fishing pole not included. A custom fire ring with chairs is setup on the beach. Guests have access to everything on the property. Wonderful village of Watkins Glen is a destination spot for all the artisanal stores, restaurants, shopping and waterfalls! The incredible wine trail, beer trail, and local shops are endless and the majority are within 2 miles of the cottage. Including the national forest. Within 7 miles is the Watkins Glen State Park Gorge trails. You can’t get any better than this for a prime location. There are 3 parking spots available in front of the cottage. Have fun and stay safe! Extra life jackets are in the boat house but if you want to be sure one fits a non swimmer or not so strong swimmer than please bring your own life jacket that fits properly. Seneca Lake can be calm or very strong at times.
