The stylish bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which can be separated into two single beds if necessary – please let us know in advance so that everything is prepared. The cozy living room also offers three sleeping options: two single beds and a practical foldaway bed. The small, well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In the living-dining area, a TV with streaming services and a balcony invite you to relax – perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. The area offers you everything you need: An organic supermarket with fresh rolls and coffee is just around the corner, a pizzeria is only a four-minute walk away, and the city center can be reached in ten minutes by bus. Guest access Access to the apartment will be communicated to you via email/key code. To do this, you must fill out a digital guest sheet before your arrival, which is required by the Federal Registration Act. Otherwise, you may not be able to access the property.
