The interiors retain the charm of the past with period furnishings and a romantic wooden loft. Outside you will find a large garden that reaches the beach, a shaded patio where you can have breakfast and a barbecue for your evenings outdoors. The house is a short walk from the sea, in a quiet and authentic area of the west coast of Sardinia. The space A few meters from the sea, Manderley 1 is a small house surrounded by a large garden, furnished with family furniture and objects to which we are deeply attached. Each piece tells a story and gives soul to the spaces. In recent years, I have become passionate about the Shabby Chic style, giving new life to some furnishings. The house is distinguished by its romantic open loft, where the sleeping area is located, and by its soft shapes: arches, high ceilings and cool rooms, perfect for summer. Guest access Guests of Manderley 1 have access to a part of the large garden that leads directly to the pebble beach. They can relax at the new belvedere, a space designed to admire the beautiful bay of Santa Caterina and the fiery sunsets over the sea. Other things to note The Municipality of Cuglieri recently introduced a tourist tax. The cost is €1 per night per person. Children under 12 stay for free. The tourist tax is paid for the first 7 days of stay. It must be paid at the property at the time of check-in.
