This is a spectacular cliff house above Kootenay Lake on Hwy 3 for super easy level access. Stairs down to a private waterfront. It’s a cozy 3 bedroom house plus office with a spacious kitchen and deck looking out with 180 degree views of the lake and Selkirk Mountain range to the west. 10 minutes from Kuskanook Marina where you can launch a boat. Hiking, fishing, swimming, the choice is yours. Property surrounded on both sides by crown land—no immediate neighbors! Outstanding privacy! The space Guests are free to use the whole house. All three bedrooms and the office. Guest access The entire house and property is available. Some spaces are locked and not accessible including the utility rooms and a small workshop Available at extra cost on daily rental basis: Guest can use the Two Kayaks and 4 Standup Paddle Boards (SUPs). Special care is important not to damage the bottom fins or the material on the SUPs. Renters are responsible for damage done to SUP’s and Kayaks. Other things to note The property has its own generator and the location is susceptible to utility power outages more frequently than normal city/country living. So a generator is good for peace of mind to enhance your stay. The cliff location requires care in terms of keeping people away from the cliff edge. It’s not well barriered. That said, you can enjoy the property without hanging over the cliff. The deck also is very elevated.
