Basic LL Efficiency Bedroom w/own heat by hospital

Basic, bring towel/tioletries. Longer stays ideally should be female renter for house shared with a married couple. Space is a large basement bedroom. The space contains a large bedroom (about 11 by 13 feet) with a closet. There is a bathroom (with shower) and full kitchenette in basement. All other rooms besides bedroom are shared spaces in the basement, including laundry, small workout room, TV, and general living area. Queen bed is provided. The house is on a quiet street near a church. The space Bring a towel and your own toiletries that you are comfortable with. We have only the basics, we have clean towels, but not brand new. If you are picky bring your own. Will give better deal if only needed M-F and gone other weekends or only need room part of week. days. Generally you can leave belongings in house if weekend if you have week booked before and after. Walk to St. Cloud Hospital (CentraCare). Shared washer (lines to hang dry.) Shared work out room in basement. There is a full bath and full kitchen in basement. You are encouraged to bring extra blankets especially in winter since it is a basement room; we have some too if needed. This is just a bedroom with shared other lower level rooms. Guest access Will give full access to basement work out room and weights, basement kitchen, and bathroom. We have plates, glasses, bowls, silverware, mugs, pots, and pans. We may have some other cooking things not listed; just ask and we may have it. We use cell phones for internet so we do not offer Wi-Fi. (Most people use phones anyway). We occasionally maybe 30-40 percent of time rent hot spots and we will share when we get it. During your stay We are happy chatting and we are friendly people, if you want to talk. We are also very quiet and will respect your privacy. Other things to note We specialize in weekly or monthly stays and give large discounts for more than 7 days and bigger discount for more than a month. We provide some bed sheets and pillow and queen bed and towels. You are welcome to bring more or your own if needed or desired.
