Can Boira is a townhouse located in the center of Valldemossa, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Our property is completely renovated and is ideal for those people who want to stay in a unique place and get to know first-hand what life is like in one of the most charming villages in Mallorca. The space We have developed our property focused on achieving a modern space, but with special emphasis on enhancing the environment and character of the townhouses of Valldemossa. On the ground floor, there are various spaces to share time and moments with family or friends. There is a living room area with a fireplace, the main dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a laundry area, and a small interior patio. On the first floor, there are the property's five double bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the top floor, there is a dining room/barbecue with excellent views of the town of Valldemossa and the mountains that surround it. A perfect place to share unique moments. It should be noted that all rooms have hot and cold air conditioning. Other things to note It should be noted that in the municipality of Valldemossa it is mandatory to recycle the waste generated during your stay. The waste collection system must be done in the following order and must be deposited in the place that we will indicate to you at the time of check-in to the property. If you do not respect this system and do not recycle the waste generated during your stay, you will be charged an extra €200.
