This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car. The space Our Lakestudio "sixteenF" is in a newly built complex of houses and offers modern finishings and furniture. The earthy and clean design will make you feel at home instantly. It offers a comfy double bed (160x210cm), a TV with Netflix and and a cozy seating area with a single sleeper couch (sleeps 1 adult or child). The flat is fully equipped with just about everything: kitchen essentials incl. salt&pepper, olive oil as well as washing liquid etc. You won't miss a thing. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower incl. WM and TD as well as ironing board amongst other things. We also have a fast Wifi connection and enough space to work comfortable from Home, a Netflix Account and an Apple TV Box as well as Chrome Cast. If you travel with your baby we offer a travel cot and a high-chair for no additional charge. A covered outside area to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and the walking distance to the local swim area at the lake makes this place even more attractive. NEW NEW NEW: We have two SUP's for rent on a first come first serve basis and some pick-nick gear. If you feel like spending a day shopping or eating in town, the vibrant city of Constance (Germany) is just a 10 minute drive away or you can spend your day in Zurich (Switzerland) which is only 50 minutes by car or about an hour by train. Guest access The studio is just one flight of stairs from the garage away (no lift) and on a completely seperate level to us. Therefore even the covered outside area can be used solely by you. Other things to note The studio has Minergie standard which means that there is constant fresh air-flow in the rooms. We have tripple glazed windows and you hardly hear anything going on outside. If you wanna listen to the nearby frogs you need to open the windows :) The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the bathroom behind doors and run quietly and of course there is an oven, a toaster and a dishwasher amongst a lot of other useful things and of course we offer a selection of teas and coffees to our guests. There is no cable TV but we have Netflix, Apple-TV and a Chrome-Cast cable. The table can also be used for your home office and we have a fast running WiFi connection throughout.
