The space The modern furnished apartment on the 3rd floor consists of a cozy bedroom and a bright spacious living room, which also serves as a passage room. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and linger and also offers a perfect base for long-term guests. The bedroom has a wide double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a single bed (100 x 200 cm). If necessary, the double bed can also be used as two single beds - please just let us know what you want. There is another single bed (100 x 200 cm) in the living room and, if necessary, the couch can also be converted into a sleeping place. All beds are box spring beds - so you sleep particularly well and can start the new day relaxed. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub as well as a washer-dryer. Bicycle racks are available in the garden and there are several bus stops within 5 minutes. Public parking options are available in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shopping is less than 5 minutes away and the Havel - the blue ribbon in the country - as well as the city center are within minutes on foot. A playground is less than a minute away around the corner. Guest access Check-in is in person or via key box.
