Sleeps 4/5, self-catering, with access to the swimming pool and the 2-hectare park. This cottage can be combined with the second one. Comfortable and professional services available upon request. Located in a 17th-century farmhouse nestled within 2 hectares of protected green space, the cottage has been renovated with respect for the sustainable use of resources: lime, ochre paint, solar hot water, 100% renewable electricity, recycling, eco-friendly transportation, saltwater swimming pool, local natural materials, and PFC-certified outdoor furniture. Pets are welcome upon prior request and provision of holiday liability insurance. The tourist tax is collected by Airbnb and paid directly to the local council. Hot and cold water, bed linens, household linens and towels, and toiletries for the start of your stay are included. For longer stays, cleaning fees, electricity/heating consumption, and services are not included in the Airbnb booking and must be paid on-site in cash. Full cleaning at the end of a long stay: €80 (>14 days) Electricity metered at €0.35/kWh Expenses not included in the booking price are payable directly on-site by credit card (+4%) or cash.
