The space This double villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms will surprise you with its brightness, beautiful volumes and panoramic views of the Loube mountain and the swimming pool. From the living room, you have direct access to a 300 m2 terrace with its large equipped pool house and 10 x 5 m pool. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living room and a fireplace. Five bedrooms, each with its own shower room and a mezzanine (sofa bed of 160) with a desk area equipped with a printer. 1.2 hectare park, hammocks, boules pitch, ping pong table and bicycles available free of charge. Shiatsu treatments, yoga therapy, and on-site sauna for an extra fee The entire property and pool are dedicated to guests looking for peace and reconnection to nature. We live there and sometimes enjoy the pool discreetly. We also provide pool maintenance. We also have a dog, "Schweps", who is very sociable and affectionate. The 1.2-hectare park can accommodate some wellness workshops (yoga, QI Gong, etc.) unless you request their privatization (with surcharge), and we can offer you personalized workshops or wellness services if you wish You can also enjoy your stay to participate in the wellness activities offered at the Domaine. Guest access Although in the middle of nature, our neighbors are 100 meters from the property and we do not accept noisy festive events with continuous music all day and in the evening. Techno music is prohibited and the provision of outdoor sound equipment (microphones, speakers, mixing table, etc.) is not allowed. A Bose speaker is available on-site. On the other hand, we welcome personal and professional events that respect the calm of the place and the neighborhood. We accept music at a reasonable noise level during the day and evening until 11:30 p.m. If you want to organize an event and/or you don't want wellness events during your stay, an additional quote at a competitive price for the provision of facilities (100 m2 barnum, 40 m2 stage, etc.) and equipment (tables, chairs, dishes, tablecloth, standing tables, etc.) will be offered to you. That being said, you can accommodate 20 people in all (i.e. 5 guests per day at no extra charge) If you need extra beds, we have a wooden chalet, aka a 20 m2 cabin, with all the comforts of air conditioning, which can be used as an extra bed for €35/night + €50 cleaning fee SWIMMING POOL The pool has a heat pump that allows it to be heated but we do not encourage it for ecological reasons. However, if you wish to operate the heat pump, this constitutes a supplement calculated according to the temperature difference to be compensated, and we will also indicate the time required to reach the desired temperature.
