A cottage in scenic Bønnerup with both forest and a nice beach within a short walking distance. The house contains 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and an annex with a double bed. The kitchen is connected to a lovely bright living room. There is a large raised wooden terrace on one side of the house and a lovely covered terrace at one end of the house. The house is within walking distance of both shopping and the harbor. At the harbor, there is the possibility to fish and watch the fishing boats come in. The space The cottage is located on a large enclosed plot where there is ample opportunity for relaxation, play, sports and fun. There is internet, cable TV, PS2, Xbox, board games, playing cards, croquet, ladder golf, football/goal, foam tennis, kings game and 5 bicycles. The house is furnished with an open kitchen in connection with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with stove, hood, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. In the living room there is a television with access to cable TV and a radio. The house is heated with a heat pump that can be used for both heating and cooling. The annex is provided with its own heat source. There is garden furniture and sun loungers as well as a gas grill for free use. Guest access There is access to the entire home, except for the small shed connected to the carport. Other things to note Electricity and water must be read on arrival and departure. Electricity is settled at DKK 6.00 per kWh, water at DKK 70 per m3 This is settled together with DKK 650.00 for cleaning upon departure, either via mobile payment or cash. Pets can be brought for a fee of DKK 40 per day for small dogs and cats and DKK 60 per day for large dogs.
