House 15 minutes from the beach, with a large covered terrace and spectacular views of Montgrí and the Medes Islands, located on the 2nd floor of a baroque-style manor house dating back to 1649, in the small medieval village of Rupià in the Baix Empordà. Access to "The Upper Gallery" is by an independent staircase, without an elevator. In the courtyard we have a swimming pool that you can share with us. We're so excited to share our home with you! The space The house consists of 2 double bedrooms (with the possibility of an extra bed), a bathroom, a dining room/office, a living room and a small kitchen. All rooms overlook the large gallery with spectacular views of Montgrí and the Medes Islands. There are fans in all rooms. Guest access The house has a separate entrance and is isolated from the rest of the house, which we use. There's a pool in the courtyard that you can share with us. Other things to note Rupià is a small village in the Empordà, 15 minutes by car from the best beaches of the Costa Brava, such as La Gola del Ter, with sand dunes or the beaches of Empúries in the Bay of Roses, with the Greek and Roman ruins, they are beautiful! 20 minutes from Girona, 1/2 hour from the Dalí Museum in Figueres and 1 hour and 1/2 from Barcelona.
