Walking distance to boat launches and public beach. For people who love the outdoors, there are many hiking and snowmobile trails close by. The space Originally built in 2004 and renovated in 2021 this cottage is perfect for any type of get away. Upon entry to the main floor you will find the full bathroom with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. Further in you will pass the master bedroom with queen bed. On to the fully renovated kitchen and dining area overlooking the back deck and yard. Lastly you will enter into the living room before heading up stairs. Once upstairs you will find the newly added powder room, kids room with a double bed and the second bedroom with balcony overlooking the yard and water offering a queen. In the basement you will find a quiet seating area, pull out couch and entertainment area as well as the kids zone. The laundry is also located in the basement.
