Please note a spray may be scheduled during your stay. - Large screened-in porch to relax and use as an outdoor smoking area without being eaten up by bugs. - Parking available in driveway, 4 car maximum occupancy, we do not allow street parking, in respect for our neighbors. - Fully stocked kitchen including full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, Keurig machine, tea kettle, can opener, bottle opener, and wine opener. All basic cookware and dining ware is provided, as well as: dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, 2 k-cups per adult guest, 2 rolls of paper towels. - Charcoal grill on driveway; please provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Grill tools are provided. Please do not grill under covered areas. - 4 full bathrooms, each with hand soap, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also provided are 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small trash can. - Washer/Dryer access is through a door on the exterior of the house. - Cleaning supplies provided include: broom and dustpan, and basic cleaning sprays for kitchen and baths. - Fresh linens provided (1 set of bed linens per bed, 1 set of towels per guest, 1 beach towel per guest). - 2 Roku Smart TVs. Log in to streaming apps with your subscriptions. **Please note, we do not provide cable TV.** - High speed WIFI. *Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
