The 120sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Within walking distance, you'll find many food and drink choices. Guest access Every part of the apartment is yours and not shared with anyone else. Other things to note Please note the pool is not available for short-term rental (Airbnb) guests. Please contact us before booking if you plan to conduct any commercial activities at our unit, including photoshoots or filming. An additional fee will apply and we will inform you the amount when we understand the nature of the activity. Fees start from 3,000,000 VND and will go up depending on the crew size, duration and the nature of the activity. We may also ask for a damage deposit for the activity.
