On 140 m², this modern residence can accommodate up to 8 vacationers. It is an excellent option for a family ski holiday or a cozy gathering with friends! Ideal for families with young children is the huge partly covered 100 m² terrace. It is fenced and invites you to spend your time outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views of the mountains. Dogs can also run freely here. The covered outdoor gas grill invites you in all seasons. The chalet has a large garden, as well as parking in front of the house and two covered places in the carport with a power e-charging station. The surrounding area offers impressive forests with magnificent hiking routes, ski and cross-country trails. The village center is a short walk from the house, so you can start the day with fresh bread/rolls. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an open dining room, a nice living room with TV sitting area and a fireplace sitting area. The entire ground floor, as well as the bathrooms are heated with underfloor heating. In the lower bathroom you will find a shower, infrared sauna and washing machine. Separate guest toilet. Lots of storage space and closets in the hallway, as well as a storage room and a lockable ski box are available on the veranda. On the 1st floor you will find four cozy double bedrooms and wardrobes as well as a large bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, 2 sinks and toilet.
