On 140 m², this modern residence can accommodate up to 8 vacationers. It is an excellent option for a family ski vacation or a cozy get-together with friends! Ideal for families with young children is the huge, partly covered 100 m² terrace. It is fenced and invites you to spend your time outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stunning mountain views. Even dogs can run freely here. The covered outdoor gas grill invites you to use it in all seasons. The chalet has a large garden, as well as parking in front of the house and two covered spaces in the carport with a high-voltage e-charging point. The surroundings offer impressive forests with wonderful hiking routes, skiing and cross-country skiing trails. The village center is a short walk from the house, so you can start the day with fresh bread/rolls. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, an open dining room, a nice living room with TV seating area and a fireplace seating area. The entire ground floor, as well as the bathrooms, are heated with underfloor heating. In the lower bathroom you will find a shower, infrared sauna and washing machine. Separate guest toilet. Plenty of storage space and cabinets in the hallway, as well as a storage room and a lockable ski box are available on the porch. On the 1st floor you will find four cozy bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes as well as a large bathroom with whirlpool tub, shower, 2 sinks and toilet. On request, two baby cots (up to approx. 2 years old) can be provided in the large bedroom. For stays of one week or more, a 10% special discount will be taken into account when booking.
