Only 3 hour-drive from Manila sits our humble home that is located inside a gated community. The cozy home perfect for couples, family, or even small group of friends. The space The unit is a loft type home, fully air-conditioned and it’s WI-FI ready. Guests can use everything inside the unit. It has living area where in you can use a videoke with 2 microphones (Free of charge). A kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and kitchen utensils, a toilet and bath. A loft with two (2) queen size beds. An extra One (1) queen size sofa bed, one (1) queen size and one (1) double size airbeds, One (1) extra single bed pra sa kaibigan mong mapag-isa. A guest can also use the outdoor space for grilling or can simply make tambay outside using Heavy-duty umbrella with table and chairs. Guest access The property is NOT beachfront. The beach is 8-10 minutes’ walk through a dry river beside the community. We can arrange for a cottage, tent, or table in front of the beach for minimal fee. Our caretaker can suggest resort that fits within your budget The cozy home is near to popular beaches in the area such as Kabayan Resort, Cocoons, White Cove Beach Resort, Camp Laiya Beach Resort, Lucky 7 Beach Resort, Blue Coral, Costa De Laiya, LaLuz, Acuaverde and many more. Other things to note We have a wonderful caretaker to help keep the house clean before and after your stay. Our caretaker will stay out of your way, but she can also assist you with other concerns. Laiya Adventure Park is a must try for those looking for physical adventures. There are also beach resorts that offers water activities such as Banana boat, Jet ski, Kayak and Island Hopping. The cozy home is inside a private and quiet subdivision. Guests are expected to respect noise limits. No parties, loud music and/or too much noise beyond 10pm. Guests are advised to bring their own toiletries and towels. The Host will provide new sets of blankets, pillows, and bed sheets. TIP: Use Smart/Sun SIMCARD. Globe is POOR/NO Signal at all.
