The space The accommodation comprises - 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with pantry, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 7 m² south-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days. Other things to note Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
