This room offers amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, a wardrobe along with a separate workstation to ensure a comfortable stay. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a geyser, towels & toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This is a spacious, well-furnished room on the first floor of this home with views of the lush, unending farms that is just surreal. This room offers amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, a wardrobe along with a separate dressing area to ensure a comfortable stay. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a geyser, towels & toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This is a spacious, well-furnished room on the first floor of this home with views of Nashik's exotic vineyards. This room offers amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, a wardrobe along with a separate dressing area to ensure a comfortable stay. It also offers an ensuite bathroom with a geyser, towels & toiletries. LIVING ROOM You will be welcomed by this modern, tastefully-designed living room decked with comfortable seating space for up to 8 guests. It offers a 65-inch TV, is air-conditioned, Wi-Fi access and is the perfect space for you to indulge in some conversations with your loved ones. There is also a dining space where you can enjoy culinary experiences like no other, at the 6-seater dining table. BATHROOMS There are 3 ensuite bathrooms at this property and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. KITCHEN Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a toaster. Crockery and cutlery are available. POOL This villa is set up under the shade of a canopy of immense greenery and so are its pools. With a separate adult and a kids pool, splash away and start your holiday in the most surreal way. The adult pool spans an area of 32x12 ft. with a 4 ft. depth. The kids pool is 4x12 ft. in size with a 1.5 ft. depth. FARM & VINEYARDS The ample greenery around this house allows you to stay connected with nature at all times. From picking out organic produce from the vegetations to indulgent vineyards tours, it's all part of the experience. VIEWING DECKS Breezy & decked with ample seating, there are two viewing decks guests can access to soak in the breathtaking country views that surround this home. Guests can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal or enjoy a fun-filled al fresco breakfast with your loved ones here. FOOD - Consumption of non vegetarian food is allowed. - Barbeque meals can also be arranged at an additional cost. - Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen. The pantry can be used for reheating purposes. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES Vinho Sunsets is set by a guava and farms, so don’t be surprised by the subtle revitalising fruity whiff you will be waking up to, during your stay here. With the amount of greenery you’re surrounded by, strolling through the property with a cup of tea in your hand is a peaceful way to start the day. You might then like to swim in the pool, again taking in the views, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere – it’s hard to believe you’re so close to the main city of Nashik. Stroll into the farms for an exotic fruit-picking experience. Head out for a quick meal at the local Misal Pav joints or explore Sula Wines, just a few minutes from the home. As evening falls, you might want to head to one of the viewing decks and prepare your grill for a scrumptious BBQ night, as you share a bottle of wine you picked out from the winery – it’s the perfect way to end your wine-capital holiday.  ADD-ON SERVICES Indulge in a private farm visit! Guests can access the private farmlands at no additional cost. Stroll through the Guava & Grape plantations and buy some fresh organic produce. A barbecue meals can be provided at an additional cost. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. A bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per session. For pets, guests are liable to pay a security deposit of Rs. 5000.
