Spacious 2 room suite with private bath in a quiet and peaceful small Inn. Set on a 125 acre farm, just a quick drive brings you to many popular activities -Stores & restaurants 5- 10 mins, beaches-25 mins, Portland & Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. Parts of the property may be shared if other guests are on site, including indoor pool, large living room outside porches. At this time no meals are served at the inn but there are many places nearby. The space The warm and cozy 2nd floor suite in a farm setting is a wonderful getaway. Spacious and light filled queen bedroom with attached sitting room & private bath. In unit refrigerator, microwave, coffee, 43" smart TV . When you want a change, come on down to the pool room or the living room. When you're ready to go outside, explore the fields, farm animals and the over 100 acres. This is a working farm - animals are around, sometimes outside the fence, and farm equipment may be in use. Guest access You will have private use of the bedroom, attached bath and sitting area on the second floor. You can also take advantage of the first floor indoor recreational pool (4' deep), living room with fireplace and a breakfast nook. Some common areas may be a shared space if other guests are on site. Pool use will be private/exclusive by simple reservation outside the pool room door. In addition to the large indoor space, you are free to walk about the farm; woods and fields. The wire fence is electric-so don't touch! During your stay Owners are easily accessible through the app and are on site and around. Feel free to message through the app or stop and ask her question. Other things to note Well behaved pets are welcome, there is an add-on fee. We do require that you keep them with you if you leave the property. Local pet sitters are available with advance notice
