Prado Velodrome Beaches (Sea)

Welcome to your Marseille cocoon! Modern and cozy atmosphere at a time! Ideally located in the popular Prado district next to major points of interest (Vélodrome Stadium, Parc des Expositions, Palais des Sports, beaches) and just across the street from the B1 bus and close to the metro and tram (Calanques, city center), my apartment is well-equipped, clean, and ideal for couples, families, solo travelers... The rooms are simple and quiet, and you will have larger common areas! The space Room Sea (1) Sea private room 2 adults maximum. The entrance to the apartment opens onto a large living room with a kitchen open to the living room. The living room itself opens onto a large balcony, both of which are equipped with a table for you to dine or enjoy an aperitif :-). In the living room, you can relax on the large sofa to rest, read a newspaper or a guide to Marseille, or watch TV... The TV is a large 4K screen, The living room is air conditioned. The air conditioner is turned on during periods of hot weather. Your room is equipped with a ceiling fan with multi-speed blades. Bedding: Please note that your room is equipped with a double bed for two adults. A crib is available and may be installed if you have a baby. You can cook good dishes in the fully equipped kitchen (hobs, oven, microwave, utensils, dishes) or just store your snacks or groceries in the fridge for the most rushed of you! For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector and is not connected to gas. All heating equipment is electric. Fancy living in this world? During your stay I will be there and will be able to advise you to make your stay in Marseille unforgettable and exceptional! Other things to note The room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The living room is equipped with a mobile air conditioning. Babysitting service available upon request (please specify when you request to book or during your stay). The washing machine is reserved for stays of at least 7 days, for a fee. I am present in the common areas or in my bedroom. A second private room can optionally be rented by another group. I am at your service to help you, inform you and advise you to organize and plan the key moments of your trip and make you have an unforgettable stay in Marseille (either on site or by Airbnb messaging). In particular, I can suggest the best places to visit during your stay in Marseille or the surrounding area, and advise you on the best restaurants in the city according to your preferences and tastes. I can even book for you if needed. Note that in high season, for guests wishing to eat a real bouillabaisse it is highly recommended to book before even their arrival because the tables are often booked and the restaurants complete.
