Apartment B (75sqm) for 5 persons with two bedrooms and balcony The space The beautiful, spacious apartment B with 75sqm living space is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. The first bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed. The cozy large living room is equipped with a TV couch, TV, dining area and hallway with a large kitchenette. In the kitchen, there is a coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, stove and oven. Hand, bath and tea towels are provided free of charge. There are also free welcome drinks and you can use the Wi-Fi freely. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Furthermore, you have a large balcony(or terrace on the ground floor) where you can enjoy the sun. Also bookable as an apartment for persons 2 with separate bedrooms. There is also a large sun terrace with sun loungers on the 1st floor, a garden with barbecue facilities, a lounge, a table tennis table, books and many games as well as parking spaces. Forest with the longest treetop path in the world. Our agriturismo is located in St. Oswald, one of the most beautiful places in the Bayr. It offers spacious, comfortably furnished holiday apartments. In different sizes 38, 55, 60, 75 sqm, all apartments have a balcony or terrace with fenced garden.
