Other things to note This listing is located directly on a lake. There is a ladder with a gate off the first floor deck. Although there is a lock on the gate and it is secure, it is NOT 100% CHILD / ADULT PROOF. For the safety of all guests and the home, please be mindful not to lean, push, or pull on the gate or deck railings. Children must NEVER be left unattended anywhere on the property as there are open access areas to the lake. Being in South Carolina, every now and then an alligator comes to check out the lake.
