Two separate adjacent studio units: TERRA, LIME TERRA: studio-type unit with 2 single beds and a pull-out bed for 3pax. Toilet and bath is private, right outside the room. LIME: studio-type unit with 1 double bed and a pull-out bed for 3pax. There is a balcony, toilet and bath, and wash area. No kitchen, cooking not allowed Near Starbucks, Jollibee, Chowing, Mcdonalds, 7/11, Savemore. TERRA, and LIME are all on the same floor of the building. Basic amenities are provided - towels, basic toiletries, complimentary snacks and water, linens and pillows. LIME and TERRA is equipped with Smart TV and WiFi. There is also a Fridge in LIME and water heater in all bedrooms. The unit is right above our store - Pia's 101 Collections. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1. Pull-out bed (for lime and terra) will be set-up only if there are 3 guests staying in each room, please let us know in advance. 2. Check-in time is 2PM, Check-out time is 12PM. We can be flexible if there are no guests before or after your stay. There will be an additional fee for early check-in or late check-out. 3. We value safety of all guests. There is a CCTV camera outside the rooms. 4. Only booked guests are allowed in the premises. 5. Upon confirmation of booking, we will ask for the IDs of guests before sending the arrival information. 6. Bag drop-off can be arranged as early as 10AM. close to places to eat and drink: ES Plaza, LB Square, fast food at Vega Center. UPLB is just walking distance. Getting around Grove and UPLB is better when you walk. But, right outside, you can hail a jeep. Also, I personally advice you to take the jeep rather than tricycle. It’s cheaper. Parking Parking is off-site. There is a pay parking beside star commercial (20 pesos, to be paid upon exit). Street parking is also allowed between 9pm to 6am. Check-in and check-out Kindly notify us through the AirBnB app or through SMS regarding your time of arrival. For check in times beyond 8:30pm, you may inform us when you are nearby so the host can still assist you upon check in. Please provide pictures of your IDs, rest assured that these information shall be kept confidential. Kindly observe the 12nn check-out time. For late check-out/early check-in, please inform us so we can check if there will be no guest checking in/checking out before/after you. Bag drop-off Luggage may be dropped off and picked up at Pia’s 101 Collections. Especially when early check-in is not possible, you may leave your luggage with us. The store opens at 10am. For earlier arrivals, you may inform us so we can assist you.
